Being thankful should be a way of life for everyone, and especially for Christians. We have so much to be thankful for.
I’m so very thankful that God saved me through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, His Son. I am thankful that I’m forgiven of my sins, cleansed, and made righteous before Him through Jesus. I’m thankful for His healing power that has healed my body numerous times over the past years, and continues to keep my body healthy. I’m thankful that God has given me a family to love and cherish, and of them be loved. I am thankful for the many good friends He has blessed me with. I am thankful for the Holy Spirit who helps me live a life pleasing to the Lord God Almighty. What about you? What are you thankful for?
Be thankful for God’s love.
John 3:16, God so loves the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Romans 8:39, nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. First John 4:8, God is love.
Be thankful for God’s mercy.

Isaiah 43:3, for I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. Deuteronomy 32:4, the Rock, His work is perfect; for all His ways are justice, a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is He. Romans 8:33, it is God that justifies.
Be thankful for God’s Forgiveness.
First John 1:9, if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Psalm 86:5, for the Lord is good and ready to forgive; is plenteous in mercy to all who call upon Him. Psalm 103:3-4, the Lord forgives all our iniquities; who heals all our diseases; who redeems our life from destruction; who crowns us with lovingkindness and tender mercies. Romans 4:7, blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven and whose sins are pardoned. Ephesians 1:7, in whom (Jesus) we have redemption through His Blood.
Be Thankful for God’s Healing Power.
